very common for both men and women to have fantasies that
include people in their lives, be it friends or other people that play
some role in their daily life.
Most people separate fantasies from reality pretty well and have no problems interacting in a normal way with the people who are in the fantasy. A fantasy does not even imply that they necessarily want it to happen in real life; many people fantasize about things they'd never want to actually do; even if given the opportunity.
Having a fantasy that features someone does not necessarily mean that you're in love with that person or even particularly attracted to them, although I would guess it's most common if you do find them attractive.
